Karaoke Party Slot Review

Karaoke Party Slot

You might be thinking how on earth you’d manage to combine a Karaoke Party with a slot machine. Well, surprisingly enough, Microgaming found a way to make it work by bringing the party to the reels. The dark-purple color scheme, specked with neon colors certainly fits the party theme.

As for karaoke? You will be seeing plenty of amateur singers, as you play, along with the regular A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9 icon options. The design is clearly going for the whole night-life feel with a matching soundtrack to go with it, but graphically – we think they could have done better.

What shall we sing tonight?

Featuring a rather basic layout, Karaoke Party offers a five reel layout, with 9 paylines. Note that you won’t be able to adjust those. You can play with as little as R0.09 and with up to R45 per spin. The highlight in this slot is the possibility of doubling your wins with the help of its wilds.

In this game, you will be looking for the Karaoke Party symbol. Don’t worry, though, you won’t have to look hard, as its flashy neon colors are difficult to miss. So, when you manage to land one of those in a winning combo, there’s a 2x multiplier for your wins.

Karaoke Party Bonus Feature

As far as bonus features go, this slot didn’t have the wow-factor in mind. In this aspect, it is rather humble and provides only one bonus feature. If you spin three dice symbols anywhere on the reels – these are this game’s scatters – you will get 15 freespins.

The freespins can be tripled and if one of them happens to land another three scatters – you’re in luck! This will give you an extra 15 more! Thus, you can have a total of up to 30 freespins that are subject to a 3x multiplier. And save for perhaps the rather flamboyant design, we’ve just about covered it all.

The End Result

This slot wouldn’t rank too high on an overall listing of Microgaming’s products, but it will do for an average gaming experience. The graphics could use a finer touch and the scant bonus features don’t really make this game all too appealing.
